Crossfit Group Classes

CrossFit workouts include high-intensity cardio, weightlifting, and gymnastics movements. Our 1-hour class will include a group warm-up, strength or skill work, and then a high-intensity workout (also known as the “WOD”).

CrossFit workouts can be scaled for any fitness level! Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable to help determine what scaling options may be needed on an individual basis.
