Group classes at Burning River CrossFit are structured and programmed to provide an hour of intense CrossFit fun! There are three levels of workouts (WOD) provided daily.

 

Level 1 – Rookie

Level 2 – Intermediate

Level 3 – Advanced / Athlete

 

Each hour will typically consist of a warm-up, strength or skill work and the WOD. Each class will have an attendance cap to ensure each member is receiving personalized coaching.
