My daily goal as a coach is to provide technical, positive, and effective instruction so that every member at Burning River CrossFit can walk out of the gym knowing that they have improved their fitness while having fun. I always enjoy coaching every level of athlete and helping each person achieve their personal goals.
I started CrossFit at the beginning of 2014 after five years of college, during which I had zero consistency with working out or playing sports to improve my fitness. I found that CrossFit reignited my competitive spirit that I had playing high school sports. This, along with the incredible atmosphere at Burning River CrossFit and continued, measurable results, has proved to me that CrossFit is the best program for quickly and safely achieving greater fitness and health.
