BRC Boot Camp is designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level. Expect running, rowing, body weight movements, plyometrics, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other functional movements. This class uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, but will not involve heavy technical barbell lifts or advanced gymnastics movements.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will experience a challenging and fun workout each time you come in. All workouts can be modified and scaled for any fitness level.
