Interested in getting in shape, but not sure if you are ready for CrossFit group classes? Then BRC Bootcamp is for you!
This class is designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level. Expect running, rowing, body weight movements, plyometrics, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other functional movements. BRC Bootcamp uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, but will not involve heavy technical barbell lifts or advanced gymnastics movements.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will experience a challenging and fun workout each time you come in. During your one hour class you will be led through a dynamic warm-up, be prepped and informed for the movements being used in the workout, get put through a high intensity workout, then finish with mobility to help with recovery.
